Policies
If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A credit card or voucher number is required prior to any visit. For a no show/no call, we will charge a non-refundable fee of $50. We prefer that you make an appointment for your visit, however we do accept walk-ins based on availability. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required or a $50 charge to your credit card will apply toward the booked service.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will provide adequate time for you to fill out your forms and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment may deprive you of an optimal experience as your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late it began.
We provide treatment services for ages 13 & up. Anyone below 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult.
We do not guarantee male or female technicians. If you have a preference, please indicate it at the time of booking. If no preference is indicated at the time of booking, and you decline service, the full price of the service will apply.
Please let your service provider or receptionist know of any medical, physical, or personal questions or concerns before the treatment. You have the right to stop treatment at any time during the first 15 minutes of the service if not satisfied. If we cannot provide a replacement we will reschedule the service at no cost to you. However, dissatisfaction after service is complete will not be honored.
Fees for treatments such as microdermabrasion, toxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other procedures are priced either on a per treatment basis or as a treatment package option. Prepaid packages are non-refundable. Treatments and skin care products are payable in full at the time of your appointment. All fees are payable in the form of Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on goods or services sold.
Gratuity is not included in the price of the service. Gratuities are typically 15-20% of the retail price of the service. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based upon your satisfaction.
