 Last Minute cancellations and no shows  are an unfortunate side of our business and will cost the the salon and your stylist time and money. Please be respectful of their time. Just like you we are trying to make a living.  We work on commission , we are not hourly. If a client cancels a 3 hour appointment for a Ombre it cannot be filled . So again please be respectful . WE always try to accommadate our guests with the time they need the best we can so a no show or a cancellation unless it is a dire emergency ,a 48 notice is needed .  Once you Book an appointment you can not cancel it or change it on this site you will need to call the salon at 813-837-8200.
