What's happening at Voila?

We are following the recommendations of the CDC

and masks will now be optional inside the salon.

We understand that some may still feel the need to wear a mask

and we encourage them to do so.

If you prefer your service provider to wear a mask

please let them know and they will be happy to do so as well.

We encourage all to continue sanitizing your hands when you come inside

and please be respectful of those around you.

Vaccination status can be a personal issue for many

and is not our information to share.

These are just a few things you can do

to help us keep things running

as smooth as possible:

Please give as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling your appointments.

As you may have noticed our schedules have little flexibility these days and you may not be rebooked in a timely fashion.  Pre-booking your appointments, especially for color services, is strongly encouraged and appreciated.

If you're coming in for a color service, please arrive with as clean hair as possible.

This includes temporary root cover up products as well as excessive sweat and product buildup.  Build up on the hair can interfere with the deposit of hair color as well as react with certain chemicals.

Ask your stylist about the benefits of clarifying your hair before your color service for the best result possible.

When you recieve your appointment reminders,

please confirm the details of date, time and services scheduled.

As we are all still adjusting to circumstances beyond our control, there will be times when we are not reachable by phone.

To ensure a return call, please leave a detailed voicemail with your contact information.

We will return your call as soon as we can during normal business hours.

You may also email us at teamvoila6@gmail and please attention your email to your stylist.
