COVID-19 Information

As you review our new policies, please keep in mind some sacrifices in comfort and convenience were made to meet or exceed the latest safety requirements.     

  • Every team member will have their temperature checked prior to their shift.  If your service provider is experiencing any symptoms of illness, they will not be allowed work.  We ask for your understanding if it becomes necessary for us to reschedule your appointment as our top priority keeping our guests and team members safe. 

  • When you arrive at the salon, we will be having you check-in for your appointment by calling us from your vehicle.  The number to the salon is 320-203-0960.  As soon as your service provider is ready for you, we will call you back and let you know it is OK to enter the building. 

  • Only guests with appointments will be allowed in the salon.  While we would love to meet your friends and family members, it is not possible to do so at this time due to social distancing and building occupancy requirements.  If your child has an appointment, we request the parent only come inside during the consultation portion, wait outside during the haircut, and the parent can come in to finalize the appointment.

  • Everyone in the building will be required to wear a face mask.  You are welcome to bring your own face mask that secures behind the ears (behind the head straps will not work for hair services).  If you are getting a color service, please be advised that your mask may get a little color on it.  If you forget your mask, do not have one or would like to use a disposable one, we will have masks for sale for $1.

  • We will be having all guests sanitize their hands upon arrival.  Hand sanitizer will be provided at the reception desk as well as at all styling stations and spa treatment rooms.

  • Your service provider will sanitize their hands in your presence prior to beginning your service.  You may request that your service provider wear gloves at any time.  Gloves will be worn by service providers during all waxing, facial, manicure, pedicure and massage services.

  • Each service area will be meticulously cleaned and sanitized prior to your appointment.  Signs will be used to clearly indicate areas that have undergone sanitization as well as areas that are awaiting sanitization.

  • For services that require the temporary removal of your mask, your service provider will wear a face shield in addition to their mask to provide an additional layer of protection.

  • We have always used a clean cape for each guest and will continue to do so.

  • All service areas are spaced at least 6 feet apart. In many areas, physical barriers have been installed to provide an extra level of protection.

  • As we are unable to sanitize magazines, these will not be available during your visit.  Please feel free to bring a book, magazine or electronic device to use during your processing time.

  • Every product, tool and surface that was used or touched during a service will be sanitized at the end of the appointment. 

  • We will be sanitizing all high touch points in the salon every thirty minutes throughout the day.
