Thank you for choosing Legal Hair & Day Spa. We love that you have chosen us to take care of your beauty & wellness needs.

We sincerely value your business and your time which is why we have created these reservation guidelines.

Because our goal is to meet & exceed your expectations, we will do our very best to run on time. Due to the nature of our business, there may be times when services take longer than expected; in which case, we will do our best to minimize any delay in your scheduled time. We apologize in advance for any delays to the start of your appointment. In order to avoid delays, and to better serve all of our guests, if a guest arrives late (in excess of 15 minutes past their scheduled time) we reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule all services for that date.

We do our best to accommodate all of our guests, but can no longer guarantee reservations that check-in late.

Please note, the implementation of our software upgrade will now allow us to reserve appointments with a credit card on file. We will begin asking for credit card information in order to schedule appointments made after October 14^th, 2019.

In the event you must cancel your appointment, we do require 24 hour notice.

We understand that events arise and you may be unable to attend your appointment. As a courtesy, we can accept one late cancellation per client each year. Any late cancellations exceeding this courtesy, are subject to a late charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled appointment value. If a guest does not attend their scheduled appointment (no-show) they will incur a charge equivalent to the full value of their scheduled services.

Late charges will be applied to the credit card on file without notice.

If a guest misses more than three scheduled appointments, they may lose their client privileges.  

Bridal Party reservations should refer to their contract for our Bridal Party cancellation policy.

Hair extension & Microblading service reservations require non-refundable deposits.

We do not offer cash refunds for any product or service. There are no exceptions.

We welcome children of all ages, but ask they be supervised at all times for their own safety and for the experience of other guests. Our stylists work with sharp, hot, and dangerous tools that make it an unsafe atmosphere for unattended children.

All gift cards are subject to an expiration date, two years after the date of purchase. Once expired, gift cards will be reduced to half of their value at the time of expiration.

Gratuity is very much appreciated and can be accepted in the forms of cash, Venmo, or credit card.
