I love making connections with other people. Making them feel their best and secure about themselves is my top priority. Which is one of the reasons why I decided to pursue a career in cosmetology. Location: Stoughton & Sun Prairie I bring over 30 years of experience to the salon, with the past 6 years dedicated to mastering the art of hair color. While color is my specialty, I also have a true passion for creating short women’s cuts. I believe every woman can look both beautiful and confident in short hair. My goal is to design cuts and colors that highlight your best features while addressing your individual needs. When given creative freedom, I take pride in delivering a look that truly brings out your best. I also LOVE working with natural curly hair. Every curl has its own personality, which means each one deserves to be treated differently. Because curly hair doesn’t fall straight and even, I cut it in its natural state instead of wetting and combing it flat. My freehand dry-cutting technique allows me to shape your curls as they naturally fall, creating the most flattering and authentic result. Dana - Sun Prairie Hi, I am Dana. I graduated from Marshall Highschool, then continued my education at Madison College. After about 2 years I realized my dream was not going to be found within those walls. From a young age I always loved doing hair and make up for friends and myself, through that college experience I realized that is still where my passion lies. Cosmetology was the dream I put off, until now. I am so excited to be jumping in fully to the Lotus Salon Apprenticeship program. I am ecstatic to be behind the chair, meeting new people, and growing as a stylist. There is nothing better than being able to give people the opportunity to see true beauty and confidence within themselves. When I am not at the salon you can usually find me somewhere outdoors, hunting or fishing, or cuddled up reading a good book with my dachshund puppy, Millie. Hi, I’m Derek! I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design and have a long history of digital art and photography work, but there came a time where I realized my heart wasn’t in that work anymore and I needed a change. After some soul searching I came to Lotus Salon and the WI cosmetology apprenticeship program. I find excitement and passion in this industry because your outward appearance is your first and often only impression on the world around you, and hair can be such a powerful tool to express yourself. I love bold looks and vivid colors especially, but mostly just anything that makes you feel confident and your best self. I look forward to meeting you and designing your new look, together. Hi, I am Devan. I have been working at Lotus since 2017, I started here as a receptionist in High School and discovered that Cosmetology was my passion. Shortly after leaving for college, I knew I had to get back into the salon, Madison College Cosmetology program was calling my name! One of my favorite things about this industry is that there is always something new. A new Challange or color technique really drives my creative side and allows me to learn more about my growing passion. All things color is my driving force, I love maintaining color, new color, foils, dimensional color and fashion colors! Finding the uniqueness of color and how it fits every person individually is always such an amazing experience. Learning about those who sit in my chair and creating the perfect color and cut for them and their lifestyle is what I live for everyday! Sun Prairie Location Hi, my name is Campbell! In 2022 I started working at Lotus Salon while still in high school, behind the front desk. From there I fell in love with my coworkers, the company, and the overall experience of getting to know clients! Soon after I graduated from Sun Prairie High School in May, I started my 2 year apprenticeship. As I continue into my apprenticeship, I’ve loved learning new techniques, skills, etc. My favorite services to do have been everything color, (foiling, blending, and adding subtle dimension) shorter women’s cuts, and face framing. I also have been loving helping clients find solutions to any hair problems they face. Getting to know my clients is what gives me the most energy, and I’m looking forward to seeing you in my chair! From there I went to college for a little bit and ended up leaving to pursue my passion in the cosmetology industry. Soon after that I found Lotus Salon and their apprenticeship program they offered. I toured other schools/salons prior and I knew immediately Lotus Salon was the best fit for me. I fell in love with the industry right away and i have always loved doing my friends and family's hair. Location - Stoughton Hi, I am Kaylee! I have been with Lotus since December of 2023. Hair isn’t just my passion but also my joy! Learning to love yourself is a very challenging thing, being a part of the process that can change that for people is the greatest part of my day. It is often said “we just do hair” but to me watching your confidence grow after that fresh cut or color and getting to see that look in your eye after you fall back in love with yourself is what brings me to work every day. My favorite services at the salon are all things color, but I really enjoy cutting also, especially Men’s cuts, and Kids too! When I am not at the salon, I am often enjoying the beauty of the world through nature or snuggled up watching a movie. The world is beautiful, but the best part is that it can always have more. Hi, I’m Lexi! I graduated high school in 2024. Working in this industry has been something I have been passionate about since my sophomore year of high school. It all started with doing hair for my friends and I quickly realized this was the path I wanted to follow. Before joining Lotus Salon I toured schools and other salons in the area. I then learned that Lotus offered an apprenticeship program. From there I toured the salon and I instantly knew this was where I wanted to be. What I love most about being in the salon is that no day is the same. I get to meet amazing people every day and help them feel their best inside and out.

Stoughton Location Hi, I am Maggie! I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin and have lived in the Madison area since 2019. I graduated from Aveda Institute Madison in December 2020 and started at Lotus that same month. I have a passion for making people feel good about themselves. I love doing short, intricate haircuts that compliment personality and face shape, as well as dimensional color. Sun Prairie Location Hi everyone, I’m Mandy! I am going on 14 years experience in this industry as I started with Lotus Salon back in January 2011, ever since graduating Regency Beauty School. I have since become a co-owner of our Sun Prairie location since July of 2015. I knew I was meant for this industry since I was a young girl. This career is a huge passion of mine and I feel beyond blessed to be able to create a specialized look for anyone that sits in my chair. I absolutely love what I do and my number one goal is to make every client that trusts me to be their stylist feel confident and satisfied with their service. I am always looking for new techniques to keep up with the latest trends so that I can continue to give each of my clients the best experience they deserve. Though I love doing all of the services we have to offer, I love highlighting/babylights and creating seamless balayages, women’s layered haircuts, and short textured cuts. Stoughton Location I graduated from The Academy of Beauty Professionals in the fall of 2018 and started my career as an Aesthetician right away. I joined the Lotus team March of 2021 as an Aesthetician; in August of 2021 I got the opportunity to work as an apprentice at Lotus Salon to learn everything about Cosmetology. As an apprentice I get the opportunity to learn from my co-workers and grow as a stylist with hands on training. I have lived in Stoughton my whole life, so being at Lotus Salon feels like home. My passion for hair, skin and nails has only grown since graduating.
