Our price structure reflects a level system. Our providers’ prices reflect their experience, level of education, and personal growth.

• As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, please give us a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a fee. A credit card number will be required to reserve two or more salon and/or spa services, and a minimum of a $25 fee per service will be imposed for cancellations without a 24-hour notice.
• Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used. Please let us know within two weeks if you are not completely satisfied.
• Hair care products purchased for home use are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange any products.
• Skin care and Make Up products are not refundable or exchangeable. Please consult with our skin care specialist in order to ensure you receive the products that will be the most beneficial to you.
• Gift certificates are available for purchase and are not refundable.
• In our Salon and Spa, for your peace of mind and that of our other guests, please bring children only if they have an appointment, children without an appointment
• It is standard in our industry to tip 15%-20% of each service and is greatly appreciated.
