We are so excited to announce the salon is reopening, Tuesday, May 26th!

Note: Due to state regulations we are still unable to take spa, nail, and spray tanning appointments.

We are beginning to contact our guests in order of appointments that needed to be cancelled, dating back to March 17th. With 10 weeks of missed appointments we are doing our best so please be patient with us!

Please be aware some of our hours are changing to accommodate you and practice social distancing.

We are also extending our appointment times to allow for proper sanitation. We take pride in the cleanliness of our salon every day, but you can expect to see our staff frequently cleaning touched surfaces more often, including door handles, phones, bathrooms, and counters.

It is our commitment to maintain a safe and stress-free salon as you come in and enjoy your services!

WHAT WE ARE DOING

  • We will be wearing facemasks during the entirety of your services.
  • We cannot hug you or shake your hand. (although we REALLY want to!)
  • We will be taking extra time in between services to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize stations and work areas. Capes and towels will be washed immediately after each use.
  • We will reserve your next appointment before you leave because we will be in high demand!
  • We will reserve any hair care products for you at front desk, please allow your service provider or team member to pull any products that you need, as product shelves are currently off limits to guests.
  • Due to strict regulation we will not be offering any beverage service at this time.

HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP

  • If you have any cold symptoms, or if you have been around anybody that has been sick or tested positive for COVID in the last 14 days, we ask you to reschedule. Temperatures maybe taken upon your arrival.
  • We are asking our guests to come in with clean and dry hair.
  • Please arrive on time! Our time, more than ever, is important because we are only reserving one appointment at a time.
  • Please wear a face mask. A face mask will be required to enter the salon and must be worn the entire duration of your appointment. We will also have disposable masks available for $2.00, especially for those color clients to ensure no color gets on your personal mask.
  • Arrive by yourself and please no children! No other guests will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
  • Please leave the majority of personal items in your car.
  • When you arrive, there will be no waiting area in the salon. Please make sure you are checked in by a team member. Sanitized chairs will be located in the hallway entrance of our building, positioned six feet apart.

The health of our team and our guests is our top priority.  Thank you for your loyalty and patience with us during this time. We are extremely excited to see you!
