Karen Haley-Dungan, with over 35 years experience in the industry, owner and stylist. Karen is a Redken Artist since 1999 who has both of Redken's certifications, Redken Certified Haircolorist and Redken Certified Design Stylist. I am passionate about my guest loving their hair and being able to do it themselves everyday. I am grateful to my God, my family, and community for the support to do what I love.

Hi. My name is Desiree Aleman. I grew up in Temple, and have known that I wanted to become a beautician since I was in the third grade. I attended Temple High School and simultaneously earned my cosmetology license before I graduated through their Cosmetology CTE Program. I am a Certified Redken Haircolor Authority, but I also enjoy doing nails and makeup along with hair color. My goal as a stylist is to make people look and feel great!

Kolton Garrett

Hi. My name is Kolton Garrett, and I am a Redken Specialist at Salon Karen. I have lived all over Texas during my life. I graduated from High School in Breckenridge, Texas. I decided in high school that I wanted to be a hairstylist. I attended Central Texas Beauty College right after high school, where I earned my cosmetology license. I pride myself in my styling, color and hair cutting capabilities. I am confident that I can help you achieve your deserved hairstyle!

After dressing and styling mannequins for 25 years, I decided to go to beauty school. Eleven years ago I began my hair career at a Redken Elite salon doing the associate program with Karen. I am a Certified Redken Specialist and Master Specialist. I love hair cutting and coloring, especially gray coverage color. Additionally, I have received my Cosmetology Instructor's license and teach full time at the local beauty school as well as work behind the chair part time.

Thumper Gosney
STYLIST

Thumper Gosney graduated from The University of Texas at Austin May of 2013, where she studied hair, wigs, and makeup. Allison Lowery, a published author, has mentored Thumper in these fields. Beginning as a freshman, Thumper has worked closely with Allison honing her skills in advanced wig making, character hair and makeup, period hair styling, and a variety of other skills in the field. Working for the Texas Performing Arts as a production assistant, Thumper has worked on various productions including Love's Labour's Lost as production assistant on wigs; Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde as wig supervisor; and The Edge of Peace as wardrobe supervisor. Thumper attended Paul Mitchell The School Austin to further her education and skills in hair and makeup. She graduated Dean's List with Honors in Color, Cutting and Texture. Thumper is currently working at Salon Karen in Temple, Texas. She hopes to continue honing her skills and become a hair and makeup artist in the film industry.

Hello my name is Tristen Daigle, I am a Certified Redken Specialist who loves doing balayage, hair color, hair styling/braiding, and make up!
